As Secretary and Vice Chairman of Global Health Research and Management, the sponsoring body of the University, he provides strategic leadership in governance, institutional development, and long-term planning.

Prof. (Dr.) Prashant Nahar
President, Sai Tirupati University
Prof. (Dr.) Prashant Nahar is a highly respected Academician, Oral healthcare expert, and Institutional leader with over 21 years of distinguished service in higher education and healthcare. He currently serves as the President (Vice-Chancellor) of Sai Tirupati University, Udaipur, a multidisciplinary institution known for its academic excellence.
A Consultant Dental Surgeon, Stomatologist, and Maxillofacial Radiologist by profession, Dr. Nahar holds an MDS in Oral Medicine and Radiology from Nair Hospital Dental College, University of Mumbai, and a BDS from the Dental Wing of SMS Medical College, Jaipur, where he was awarded the Dr. L.N. Chhangani Memorial Gold Medal by the University of Rajasthan for securing first position.
Over the course of his career, he has served as Professor, Ph.D. Supervisor, Convenor of Institutional Scientific Committee, Research and Review Board , PG Anti-Disciplinary Committee, Anti-Ragging Committee and member of Institutional NAAC Steering Committee, University IQAC, significantly contributing to academic and research frameworks at leading HEIs . He has also served as a Guide in Oral Medicine and Radiology, mentoring postgraduate and doctoral scholars.
Dr. Nahar has over 69 research publications in reputed national and international journals, has mentored eight Ph.D. scholars, and has been a resource person at numerous conferences, workshops, and CDE programs. His areas of special interest include CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography), dental and maxillofacial imaging, diagnosis of oral cancer, oral mucosal diseases, and temporomandibular disorders (TMDs).
His excellence in academia has been recognized with prestigious honors including the Bhama Shah Award and Maharana Fateh Singh Award conferred by the Maharana Mewar Foundation, Udaipur. As Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Nahar envisions transforming Sai Tirupati University into a centre of excellence in academics, clinical training, and research fostering ethical professionals and responsible global citizens.
Dr. Devendra Kumar Jain

Dr. Devendra K. Jain is a seasoned academic administrator and visionary leader with over three decades of rich experience in higher education, finance, and institutional governance. Presently serving as Registrar at Sai Tirupati University, Udaipur, he has played a pivotal role in the university’s expansion and compliance with National Medical Commission (NMC) norms, successfully leading initiatives that enhanced MBBS and PG medical seats and secured NABH accreditation. His leadership spans academic, administrative, and policy domains, fostering innovation, institutional growth, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to this, he held key positions at Pacific Institute of Medical Sciences and Pacific Commerce College, Udaipur. An accomplished scholar, Dr. Jain holds a Ph.D. in Commerce and has published extensively in reputed journals on management and healthcare systems. Dr. Meena Gaur

Dr. Meena Gaur serves as the Ombudsperson of Sai Tirupati University where she oversees grievance redressal and upholds fairness, transparency, and ethical standards across academic and administrative processes. A distinguished academic and former Professor of History, Dr. Gaur brings extensive experience in higher education, research, and institutional governance. She has been actively engaged in scholarly work and leadership in academic forums. At Sai Tirupati University, she plays a key role in promoting trust, accountability, and equitable practices for all stakeholders.
Dr. Bharat Parashar
Dean Research
Dr. Bharat Parashar is an accomplished pharmaceutical scientist and academic leader with over 17 years of teaching, research, and administrative experience. Currently serving as Dean (Research) at Sai Tirupati University, he has previously held leadership roles as Dean PG Studies, Principal, and Research Head at reputed universities including ICFAI University Baddi and IEC University Solan. A Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Dr. Parashar has authored over 150 research papers, textbooks, and book chapters with Springer and Bentham Science, and holds multiple patents in drug delivery and pharmaceutical innovation. His research profile boasts over 1700 citations, an h-index of 20, and i10 index of 48. He is a recipient of prestigious awards including the “Bharat Gaurav Puraskar” and “Education Leadership Award.” Renowned for his work in microwave-assisted drug synthesis and formulation development, Dr. Parashar continues to mentor research scholars and strengthen the research ecosystem at Sai Tirupati University through strategic policy development and innovation-driven initiatives.

Dr. Khemchand Gupta is the Chief Vigilance Officer of Sai Tirupati University where he contributes to strengthening transparency, ethical governance, and regulatory compliance. An accomplished academician and institutional leader in pharmaceutical sciences, Dr. Gupta has nearly two decades of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. He currently serves as Professor and Principal at the Venkateshwar Institute of Pharmacy, Sai Tirupati University. A Ph.D. holder in Pharmacy and a university gold medalist, he received several national awards for teaching and research excellence.
