The refund money will be transferred to the bank account as per the details submitted at the time of counselling/admission.

The refund of money will be effected only by the way of Accounts Department.

The paperwork for refund will be initiated ONLY on the date of receipt of the following documents in ORIGINAL from the candidate, by the Admission Department:

  • Submit Application with Fees Refund Form (to be collected from office)
  • University ID Card (If Collected)
  • All receipts towards the payment of fees.
  • Provisional Allotment Letter (PAL)
  • Bank Details to which transfer of money is to be done (in case money needs to be refunded to some other account).

Sai Tirupati University, Udaipur will not be responsible for the change /misrepresentation of account information, as received and confirmed by the candidate.

If all the documents submitted for refund are in order, then the time taken to process and effect the transfer of refund money will be upto 60 working days. Kindly note that it is the sole responsibility of the candidate to submit all required documents for timely processing of the refund in the absence of which the refund process might get jeopardized.

Refund will be processed by the finance office of the University upon receiving approval from the registrar.
